Refund Policy

Refund My Tickets

Tickets will be refunded in the case you have tested positive for Covid-19, or if your doctor, and or governing health body, recommends or requires you to quarantine due to Covid-19 like symptoms.

If local state law implements a vaccine passport and you have not been vaccinated and have purchased tickets, you can request a refund. To request a refund, email tickets@noelmke.com and title your email “Refund My Tickets” include your order ID, the email you used to make your purchase, your name and a brief overview of why you need a refund. Our ticketing team will get back to you during standard business hours, also note that the service fee is not included in your refund.

Change My Ticket (Date/Time)

Tickets can be switched to a new date or time slot. Contact tickets@noelmke.com and title your email “Change my Ticket date/time” include your order ID, the email you used to make your purchase, your name and the new date or time slot you wish to be moved to. Our ticketing team will get back during standard business hours.

Move My Tickets to Someone Else

Alternatively, you can move your tickets to a new user (Surprise a loved one this Christmas with tickets to Noel). To remove your name and add the new event-goers’ name, email tickets@noelmke.com and title your email, “Change the Name/s on My Tickets”, include your order ID, the email you used to make your purchase, your name and the name/s of the new event-goers. Our ticketing team will get back during standard business hours.
